Potensi Emisi dari Pembakaran Biobriket Ampas Tebu dan Tempurung Kelapa

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi dan zaman, semakin lama semakin meningkat kebutuhan bahan bakar. Hal ini mengakibatkan ketersediaan bahan bakar semakin terbatas. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan alternatif bahan bakar sebagai pengganti bahan bakar fosil. Penelitian ini membuat tungku dari biobriket ampas tebu dan tempurung kelapa. Pengukuran emisi SO2, NOx dan CO mengacu SNI 19-7117.2-2005 dan potensi emisi karbon dari pembakaran briket menggunakan perhitungan potensi emisi karbon sebagai CO2 ekivalen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah emisi SO2, NOx dan CO masing masing 47ppm, 6ppm , dan 4713 ppm dan potensi emisi karbon sebesar 15,936 CO2 ekivalen.
