IMPLEMENTASI RCM PADA MESIN SHIFTING REVERSE MILL DAN HV CONTINOUS MILL GUNA MENGURANGI UNPLANNED DOWNTIME PADA PROSES PENGEROLAN BAJA

Abstract
Shifting Reverse mill dan HV Continous mill termasuk jenis mesin rol yang memiliki cara kerja berbeda dalam satu alur produksi Flat bar dan Round bar di PT. Jatim Taman steel, Gresik, Jawa Timur. Kerusakan mendadak menyebabkan Unplanned Downtime pada produksi. Penelitian dianalisa berlandaskan History Maintenance bulan September 2017 sampai 2019 dengan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) untuk mengetahui keandalan dan Maintenance task yang tepat. Semua Komponen dianalisa menggunakan Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). FMEA adalah teknik engineering yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, memprioritaskan dan mengurangi permasalahan dari sistem, desain, atau proses sebelum permasalahan terjadi yang didalamnya mencakup score RPN (Risk Priority Number) sebagai landasan penentuan komponen kritis sebelum menjalani tahap RCM Decision Worksheet dan Analisa kuantitatif keandalan dengan Preventive Maintenance.
