The respondents involved were 225 respondents with a total of 94 male respondents and a total of 131 female respondents, with the age range of respondents being 20 – 65 years. From the results of the questionnaire, it was found that two divisions received quite high scores among other divisions, namely the first position, namely the circular loom division with 26 workers experiencing complaints due to ergonomic conditions and the second position, namely the jumbo bag division with 25 workers experiencing complaints due to ergonomic conditions. Meanwhile, in other divisions, on average, there are 1-2 workers per division who experience complaints.
