Implementasi Work Load Analysis dan Work Force Analysis pada Perusahaan Bongkar Muat Batu Bara

Abstract
Abstrak—Perusahaan Bongkar Muat di Jawa Timur, melayani proses bongkar muat batu bara unit 1 dan 2. Terdapat 23 pekerja yang melayani bongkar muat terdiri dari operator ship unloader (SU), operator alat berat (bobcat), petugas cleaning, foreman, surveyor dan investigasi. Setiap hari terdapat 1 sampai 3 kapal tongkang dengan produktivitas 1000 ton per jam dan rata-rata bongkar muat 9500 ton per hari. Perusahaan ini belum pernah melakukan perhitungan beban kerja pada pekerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode work load analysis (WLA) dan work force analysis (WFA). Hasil analisa beban kerja dengan WLA pada operator SU bernilai 146,1%, operator bobcat 122,3% dan petugas cleaning 112%. Dan hasil WFA nilainya menunjukkan penambahan tenaga kerja pada opearator SU sebanyak 2 orang, operator bobcat 1 orang, dan petugas cleaning 1 orang.
