ANALISIS PENGARUH BULBOUS BOW TIPE Δ, O, V TERHADAP TAHANAN KAPAL, KONSUMSI BAHAN BAKAR, DAN ROTASI PER MENIT MOTOR PADA KAPAL DENGAN LPP 160,7 M
In increasing the maximum result of ship resistance efficiency, fuel consumption, and motor rotation per minute of the ship, the things to be noticed are the shape of the ships bulbous bow. As time goes by, simulations to get the value of ship resistance can use the Maxsurf Resistance software. Three types of bulbous bow were analyzed, namely the bulbous bow Δ type, bulbous bow O type, and bulbous bow V type. Modeling of the bulbous bow on this ship was carried out using the Maxsurf Modeling Software. Variations are carried out without changing the shape of the hull. Based on the simulation results using Maxsurf Resistance software, the resistance value of the bulbous bow Δ type is 743,298kN, bulbous bow O type is 744,911kN, and bulbous bow V type is 749,538kN. The results of the calculation of fuel consumption, the bulbous bow Δ type is 146,820Ton, the bulbous bow O type is 147,138Ton, and the bulbous bow V type is 148,052Ton. The results of the calculation of motor rotation per minute, obtained 117Rpm for bulbous bow Δ type, 117Rpm for bulbous bow O type, 118Rpm for bulbous bow V type.
