Currently the development of the automotive world is growing rapidly. There are many demands in the automotive market, namely to produce vehicles that are capable of producing high performance, and must also be able to save or reduce fuel consumption. Many motorcycle manufacturers have developed various technologies to improve motor performance. One of them is changing the intake or fuel input system to make it more efficient. One of the innovations is to modify the intake port with a dimple ported system. From testing the performance of motorbikes between standard and intakeport dimple, it can be concluded that dimple ported treatment affects the performance of motorbikes where the average power value is 6.54 Hp, torque is 6.81 Nm and SFOC is 49.287 g / Kw.h. produced better than standard intakeport motorbikes. And the ANSYS multiphase simulation also proves that the dimple intakeport has a more homogeneous mixture of air and fuel compared to standard interfaces.
