STUDI KELAYAKAN WORKSHOP PEMBANGUNAN KAPAL FIBER TRIMARAN PADA ASPEK TEKNIS DAN FINANSIAL

Abstract

This study discusses the feasibility study for the construction of a fiber trimaran fishing boat workshop at
the Surabaya State Shipping Polytechnic, using an approach that analyzes , Tecnical Relayout plan and
finance . Layout O was selected as the best design because it has the smallest track distance percentage at
28.93%, thereby increasing material handling efficiency. From a financial perspective, this project shows
high feasibility with a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 357,371,998, a Payback Period of 0.70 years, and
a Profitability Index (PI) of 6.45. These results indicate that the project can generate significant profits in
a short and efficient timeframe
