Excessive employee workload often leads to a decline in productivity, which can negatively impact
company performance. At Marine Equipment Company, the Administration and Finance, Digital
Marketing, and Warehouse Divisions need further calculations to determine optimal workload and
manpower. The Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method is used to quantitatively measure workload by
considering cycle time, normal time, standard time, and productivity levels. Research data was collected
through direct observation using a stopwatch, as well as secondary data collection, including
organizational structure, job descriptions, and sales data. The calculation results show that all three
divisions are experiencing an overload of work. The total FTE for the Administration and Finance
Division is 3.75, the Digital Marketing Division is 1.97, and the Warehouse Division is 4.11. According to
the assessment categories, an FTE value greater than 1.28 is classified as overload. This indicates that
the current workload exceeds the normal capacity of the available workforce.
