The aluminum vessel construction project, with a contract value of IDR 743,700,000, experienced
deviations from the initial plan. This study applies the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method to evaluate
the project’s performance and to forecast its cost and completion time. The analysis at the 12th week
indicated a Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1.74 (CPI > 1), reflecting cost efficiency, and a Schedule
Performance Index (SPI) of 0.86 (SPI < 1), suggesting a schedule delay. The Estimate to Complete (ETC)
was calculated at IDR 198,035,573, while the Estimate at Completion (EAC) was IDR 427,076,931,
indicating potential cost adjustments at project completion. Furthermore, the Estimate to Schedule (ETS)
of 2.3 projected a total completion duration EAS of 14.3 weeks. These findings demonstrate that the EVA
method provides a comprehensive overview of both cost efficiency and schedule performance, thereby
serving as an effective tool for project monitoring and control.
