This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity
at PT. Bina Reka Sarana. Work motivation and work discipline are important factors believed to improve
employee performance and productivity in achieving organizational goals. The research method used is
a quantitative survey approach with a Likert scale for 30 employees who became respondents. Data were
collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Bina Reka Sarana and analyzed using
multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis t-test of 6.503 and a significance value
of 0.000 on the motivation variable have a positive effect on employee productivity. Then the results of
the t-test on the discipline variable get a value of 2.164 and a significance value of 0.040 which means
that the discipline variable also has a positive effect on productivity. Then the F-test on the motivation
and discipline variables simultaneously gets a value of 106.024 and a significance value of 0.000
indicating that providing motivation and increasing discipline greatly affect employee productivity.
