Abstract

PT. Galangan Kapal Jawa Timur (PT. GJT) has experienced an increasing number of ships being repaired
each year. However, the project reporting process is still carried out semi-manually via email using lengthy
and unstructured formats, which hinders the effectiveness of data processing. To address this issue, PT.
GJT developed the Docking Report Repair Application to simplify project reporting and monitoring for
ship repairs. This study aims to identify 18 user satisfaction attributes based on the five dimensions of End
User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness—and to
analyze the level of user satisfaction with the application. The research method involved distributing
questionnaires to 46 users, followed by validity and reliability testing, as well as satisfaction analysis using
the EUCS method. The results indicate a user satisfaction level of 93% (categorized as very satisfied).
