Abstract

This study evaluates user satisfaction with the PT Indomarine Internusa Group website www.ptindomarine.com using the PIECES methods. PIECES assesses performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, and service aspects, while EUCS measures content, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use. Data were collected from 48 respondents through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results show that most aspects fall into the “satisfied” category, although efficiency and content need improvement. Recommendations focus on developing a more responsive website to support the company’s business strategy.
