A logistics company in Tuban operates as a logistics and transportation service company, as well as a construction and manufacturing company spread throughout Indonesia. With its large size and hundreds of drivers, it turns out that the challenge the company must face to maintain its sustainability, especially in logistics activities, is the effort to retain employees. Workload has been identified as a cause of turnover intention in this company. Therefore, the researcher aims to analyze the effect of workload on turnover intention in one of the logistics companies in Tuban. The population used in this study was 403 people. The sample in this study used simple random sampling, taken using the Slovin formula technique, with a sample size of 136 drivers. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 30 software. Based on the calculation results, the significance value of workload on turnover intention was 0.001 <0.05. These results reveal that workload has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. This can occur if drivers decide to stay for various reasons, such as urgent economic needs and maintaining their salaries, so they decide to stay despite bearing a high workload.
