EVALUASI PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP SISTEM STOCK CONTROL BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE UAT

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of a web-based stock control system using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method at a shipping company. The system was developed to assist the warehouse subdivision in managing item availability more effectively, particularly in monitoring stock levels and supporting procurement decision-making. The evaluation involved five users from the warehouse subdivision, who tested the system based on four aspects: System Functionality, System Performance, User Interface Design, and Productivity Efficiency. The results showed that the system achieved the highest score in System Functionality at 91.43%, followed by System Performance at 85.33%, User Interface Design at 83.56%, and Productivity Efficiency at 83.33%. All scores exceeded 81%, indicating that the system successfully meets user needs and is feasible for implementation in warehouse operations.
