This study aims to design an efficient fluid distribution system by adding a pipeline
branch from the gas boot to the future wash tank in the oil and gas industry. The existing
pipeline (PL-0008-A013-6") lacked a pump, relying only on gravity flow, which was insufficient
for future expansion. The research utilized PDMS for 3D modeling and combined manual
calculations with Pipe Flow Expert software to determine the total pump head, yielding results
of 16.2398 m (manual) and 16.3336 m (software). A centrifugal pump (Pioneer SPHFGS6-006-
S) with 22 kW power and 57% efficiency was selected to achieve the required flow rate of
0.0350 m³/s. The design ensures operational reliability while adhering to safety standards.
Future work may include stress analysis and vibration studies for further optimization.
