Analisis Tegangan Sistem Perpipaan Inlet New High Pressure Test Separator 6”-PT-230-D Pada Fasilitas Separasi
Abstract
At the Gathering Station located in West Java, the replacement of the High Pressure Test
Separator equipment necessitated a change in the location of the High Pressure Test Separator. Due
to this relocation, a new piping system connected to the New High Pressure Test Separator will be
constructed. It is necessary to conduct a stress analysis on the new piping system connected to the
New High Pressure Test Separator to ensure that the stress levels within the piping system comply
with the ASME B31.3 acceptance criteria. The analysis includes the calculation of allowable pipe
span, pipe stress analysis, and displacement analysis, aided by stress analysis software. The analysis
under design conditions revealed that the stress levels in the piping system under sustain, occasional,
and thermal loads meet the ASME B31.3 allowable criteria, with the highest stress value being 19349
lb/in2, or 77.2% ratio, occurring under thermal loading. The highest displacement in the piping
system was observed under thermal loading, with a value of 8.530 in the Z direction.
