Abstract - Some cases of delay can happen to Piping Installation Project and Instrumentation Compressor Type GAN. The project consists of line addition for new pipe and compressor alongside its supporting instruments. Plan duration which is originally 64 days can extent into 89 days. This delay is caused by unpredicted work on piping construction phase. As the result, the contractor has to be fined by the owner for 1 mile or 0.1% per day with maximum amount 5% of the prize on legitimated contract. Based on the background, this study is compiled to analyze completion probability for project using the method of  Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) by schedule with additional manpower for 2.5 times from the original amount for piping scope. The Result of this schedule is 56 days duration, the completion probability of this condition is 99.94% and it costs IDR 719.141.535,42.
