PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MATERIAL GALVANIZED PIPE DAN MULTILAYER PIPE PADA JALUR SAMBUNGAN KOMPOR TERHADAP ESTIMASI BIAYA DAN PENGENDALIAN MATERIAL

Abstract

This natural gas distribution network project for households has quite a lot of scope of work,
but the focus of this research is on the scope of work on stove connections. In this project, very little
man power is used, while the fabrication and construction of the stove connection work uses galvanized
pipe, this project has a long delay and requires quite a lot of manpower when compared to multilayer
pipe. When using galvanized pipe material, there is a delay, so that this does not happen again, it is
necessary to evaluate the use of galvanized pipe material used in the current project, as well as
multilayer pipe which will be used as a comparison. On galvanized pipe the actual condition is 150
days with a total cost of Rp2,392,616.223, additional 1 hour manhours with a duration of 134 days
with a total cost of Rp2,012,430,131, additional 2 hours manhours with a duration of 122 days with a
total cost of Rp2,051,019 850, and a new schedule of galvanized pipe with a duration of 88 days with
a total cost of Rp2,043,794,223. In the actual multilayer pipe with a duration of 65 days with a total of
2000 capel houses, the total cost is Rp. 1,161,571,488. In the new scheduling of multilayer pipe which
is adjusted the total work volume is 4000 capels which lasts 82 days with a total cost of
Rp2,043,794,223. The optimization used is the new galvanized pipe schedule chosen for the cheapest
scheduling because it is able to overcome delays by considering the cost.
