Abstract - A Company in Kalimantan plans to increase the capacity with 4 storage tanks 450 kL using A283 Gr C carbonsteel material. This design refers to the API 650 standard 13th edition, 2020 including the calculation of the minimum thickness on the shell, bottom, annular bottom, and roof. Based on the calculation of the one foot method, the minimum plate thickness on shell courses 1-6 is 5.44 mm, 4.99 mm, 4.54 mm, 4.09 mm, 3.64 mm, 3.19 mm. Because the thickness of the shell plate is not greater than 6 mm, 6 mm is used according to the API 650 standard criteria, the minimum thickness with a diameter between 6 m and 36 m is 6 mm. For bottom plate 9 mm, annular bottom plate 9 mm, and roof 8 mm. The result of the calculation of the cost of building a tank unit with a capacity of 450 kL is Rp. 1,066,964,874.87 with a total material cost of Rp. 404,517,851.23 and the estimated cost for construction is Rp. 662.447,023.63.
