Abstract – The depletion of LPG supply and reserves, the government targets for household use to be replaced with household gas networks, along with that in Sidoarjo Regency it is targeting to add 12,418 SR (House Connections) prospective customers with the division of 13 sectors. With sources from wells located at the Kalidawir M/RS, the Long Algae sector has the longest distance. Therefore, the authors designed the pipeline with 2 variations. The results of the calculation in the first variation are 22,300 m long with a diameter of 180 mm with a pipe thickness of 16.36 mm, followed by a pipe with a diameter of 125 mm with a pipe thickness of 11.39 mm with a design plan of Rp 6,016,064,447.66 and the second variation is 21,375 which uses a diameter of 110 mm with a pipe thickness of 10.99 mm worth Rp 4,056,908,996.00
