Abstract - Holcim Jetty Extension is a special port located on Jl. Raya Tuban - Semarang, Tuban, East Java. Jettys need a fire extinguishing system as a medium for fire prevention and control. In this final project, we will discuss the design of a firefighting system with a hydrant type based on NFPA to provide fire protection for ports. The design includes a pipe route, 3D design, and isometric drawing with a hydrant pillar extinguisher and hydrant box. The pipe size used is 6” for the main pipe and 4” for the branch pipe. The number of hydrant pillars used is 9 and the number of hydrant boxes used is 9. Based on the calculation of the total head manually, a value of 123.07781 m is obtained and the total head calculation using software has obtained a value of 129,750 m with an error percent age value of 5,142%, and the pump power used is 94.96 kW. The pump selection is done first by using a selection chart and the use of the Ebara-Pumps FS2KA 150x100 pump is obtained. The number of supports for 6” pipes is 146 pieces with the type of clamp shoe support (u-bolt). The estimated cost of materials and equipment needed in this firefighting system is Rp. Rp. 1,994,551,998.33
