Abstrak - In the implementation of a project required scheduling in it. Starting from the engineering, procurement, construction to commissioning stages. In the 25 Tk 801 Ammonia Tank Hydrant System Upgrade project, there will be an additional pump house sourced from the reservoir tank which will then be pumped to the ammonia tank area. The construction phase of the piping work will be carried out with a duration of 3 months from March to May. However, an acceleration will be carried out according to the owner's request because the hydrant system is not yet available in the tank area that is already operating. Based on this background, it will be accelerated by the dual shift method. First, the calculation of productivity, duration and normal costs will be carried out by creating a network using the Critical Path Method. After that, acceleration is carried out using the Dual Shift method to get the most optimum cost and duration. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the normal duration costs Rp. 1,499,574,000.00 with a duration of 77 days, then the Dual Shift acceleration costs Rp. 1,347,690,233.77 with a duration of 48 days.
