Abstract

The separation system "EPC Pengembangan Fasilitas Produksi dan Injeksi Lapangan Jirak Waterflood " project uses free water knock out (FWKO) and line process piping as high pressure 3 phase fluid separation with design pressure 100 psig temperature 176 °F. In design of nozzle feed inlet (N1-10â€) with outside diameter nozzle 10.75 in, and nominal thickness 0.594 in result design of reinforcement pad with diameter pad 14.182 in, and pad thickness 0.472 in. In design of process line inlet piping according to ASME B31.3 using pipe material A-106 Gr.B NPS 8 in Sch 20 with nominal thickness 0.25 in. Analysis of WRC 107 local stress on the cylindrical shell due to external load line piping resulted in stress grouping 1, 2, and 3 of 12794.220 psi, 13135.109 psi, and 13632.715 psi. And validation calculation using component analysis software CAESAR II to get the match result of software and check the results of the analysis of local stress cylindrical vessels.
