PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAPORAN DATA DOKUMENTASI K3 BERBASIS APLIKASI MULTI PLATFORM PADA POLITEKNIK PERKAPALAN NEGERI SURABAYA
Abstract
Digital transformation has become an urgent need in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of work systems, including in the field of Occupational Safety and Health (K3). This research aims to design and develop a multi-platform application-based K3 documentation reporting information system that is implemented at the Surabaya State Shipping Polytechnic. The research method consists of field observations, literature studies, application design using the Flutter and Laravel frameworks, and application function testing. The results show that the developed application is able to provide structured documentation reporting features, a multi-level approval system in accordance with the organizational hierarchy, and a monitoring dashboard with indicators of SMK3 compliance levels. This system not only facilitates document tracking and approval processes, but also supports communication efficiency and reduces the risk of human error through the notification feature. The implementation of this application provides a digital solution that is adaptive to the needs of OHS management in technical higher education, especially in institutions that have not yet implemented a comprehensive digitization system. This system is expected to be a model for developing effective and replicable digital OHS documentation in similar institutions.
