Analisis Human Error pada Pekerjaan Pengikatan Tiang Pancang menggunakan Metode Human Error Assesment And Reduction Technique (HEART) dan FTA
Abstract
Construction work is a high-risk sector because it involves various complex factors. One of the activities in this work is the pile binding process, which is prone to human error. Based on work accident data in 2023, an incident was recorded in the installation of piles using a mobile crane caused by human error. This incident resulted in equipment damage, financial losses, and endangered work safety. To prevent similar incidents from recurring, a systematic approach is needed to analyze and reduce the possibility of human error through the Human Reliability Assessment (HRA). This study used the Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) method to calculate the probability of human error (Human Error Probability/HEP). The identification results from HEART were then further analyzed through the Impact assessment to determine the level of impact on accidents. The ultimate goal of this study is to produce a risk control strategy to reduce the possibility of human error in the pile installation process in construction projects
