PENERAPAN CERTAINTY FACTOR DALAM MELAKUKAN ANAMNESIS PADA WEBSITE DIAGNOSIS PENYAKIT AKIBAT KERJA FAKTOR BAHAYA LARUTAN ASAM

Abstract

The low number of reported Occupational Disease (PAK) cases, particularly those related to acid solution exposure in workshop and laboratory environments, indicates the need for an integrated diagnostic support system. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system utilizing the certainty factor method to assist the anamnesis process in diagnosing PAK. The system is designed based on symptom data and weighting scores provided by a company physician, covering four diseases: corneal ulcer, and first, second, and third-degree burns. The diagnostic process involves calculating certainty levels by multiplying user and expert certainty factor values. The system was built using PHP and MySQL. Results from test scenarios show that the system successfully produced diagnoses identical to expert judgment in all four cases, achieving 100% accuracy. This system is expected to serve as a digital solution to streamline and enhance the accuracy of PAK reporting, especially in vocational education institutions.
