Analisis Risiko Ergonomi pada Karyawan Kantor XYZ dengan Menggunakan Metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA)
Abstract
Employees of XYZ Office are government employees in charge of carrying out administrative tasks and public services who spend their working time in front of a computer. Initial research was conducted by distributing Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) Assessment. From the survei results that have been distributed, it was found that the complaints felt by office employees in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. This study aims to assess the level of ergonomic risk experienced by employees using the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method and identify corrective measures. ROSA is a rapid analysis that can measure the risk of computer-related work. The Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method was chosen as the method of this study because of its assessment method that is suitable for sitting and typing work for a long time. Ergonomic workplace design can reduce the risk of injury and increase productivity. Risk analysis with ROSA will map potential physical risks due to the use of non-ergonomic office equipment, especially in computer use activities. The main objective of this research is to create a healthier and safer work environment for employees through recommendations for ergonomic design improvements. The research was conducted at the Sidorukun Village Government Office with 6 employees. This research focuses on observing data entry work and community services for 8 working hours. In the process of improving the workstation, it will be assisted by Catia software which is used to design a workstation to improve the work posture of XYZ Office employees.
