ANALISIS RISIKO POTENSI BAHAYA ERGONOMI PADA PEKERJA PERIKSA AMPUL BERDASARKAN SNI 9011:2021
Abstract
Every job has risks, one of these risks is ergonomic risk which if not managed properly can cause Work-related
Musculoskeletal Disorder (WMSDs) or known as Occupational Muscle and Skeletal Disorders (GOTRAK). The
results of observations at the ampoule inspection work at the pharmaceutical company showed that there was
manual handling that was at risk of causing occupational muscle and skeletal disorders (GOTRAK). In the
ampoule inspection work there are several non-ergonomic work postures where workers have to sit for 8 hours
without a backrest and repetitive movements on the hands. The results of a survey that has been conducted, 42%
of ampoule inspection workers experience GOTRAK complaints with a high risk level. From these problems, a
work posture analysis is carried out based on SNI 9011: 2021 and provides control recommendations to reduce
ergonomic risks. This research method uses SNI 9011: 2021 by conducting an initial survey to identify GOTRAK
complaints, then conducting an analysis using a checklist of potential ergonomic hazards to evaluate the risk level
of ergonomic hazards in ampoule inspection workers. The results showed that the ergonomic risk value for
ampoule inspection workers is 10 where the value is included in the hazardous category, so improvements need
to be made. Implementation of the improvement recommendations is expected to reduce the ergonomic risk.
