Analisis Pengaruh Iklim Kerja Ditinjau dari Perhitungan Kebutuhan Kalori Terhadap Kelelahan Kerja Pada Pekerja di Perusahaan Produksi Benih (Studi Kasus Gudang B)
Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the influence of working climate on work fatigue among employees in a seed production company. The study utilized an ordinal logistic regression approach with a total of 41 respondents. The working climate was directly measured for each worker using a Heat Stress WBGT Meter. Work fatigue was assessed using the IFRC (Industrial Fatigue Research Committee) questionnaire. Based on statistical analysis, it was found that the working climate (p-value = 0.000) significantly influences work fatigue. Recommendations include installing exhaust fans at various points in Warehouse B, implementing break times, and educating workers through training sessions on recognizing signs of heat stress, preventing dehydration, and knowing appropriate actions when experiencing excessive heat symptoms. Regular inspections of the work environment temperature should be conducted to monitor changes in working climate, and providing workers with uniforms made from cool and lightweight materials such as cotton and breathable polyester.
