Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pencatatan dan Inspeksi Kotak P3K Berbasis Web Responsive Pada Perusahaan Industri Makanan di Gresik

Abstract

A food industry company in Gresik is fully committed to implementing occupational safety and health aspects at all points in the work area by providing first aid kits in good condition, complete and ready to be used to provide first aid. However, there were discrepancies in the first aid kit, including damaged inspection form paper, incomplete contents of the first aid kit, and expired contents of the first aid kit. Based on these problems, a responsive web-based information system was created so that the recording and inspection of first aid kits was more structured. The information system is designed to be based on a website that uses MySQL as a database and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language. On the Responsive Web there are several sections, including creating a collection form, using a QR code that can be easily accessed by anyone, and creating a request form to prevent the contents of the first aid kit from running out. The benefits of this research are increasing students' ability to implement more futuristic occupational safety and health (K3) programs through information systems, making it easier for companies to record and inspect first aid kits, and being able to provide suggestions, input and recommendations on problems in food industry companies. in Gresik. The results of the system usability analysis through usability testing produced an average index value of  80% which can be said to be a very feasible system and has high benefits for the company.
