ANALISIS RISIKO ERGONOMI TERHADAP GANGGUAN OTOT RANGKA AKIBAT KERJA (GOTRAK) PADA PEKERJA PACKAGING DI PERUSAHAAN INDUSTRI MAKANAN

Abstract

Packing work is one of the work stages in the food industry company. Packing work has 3 stages of work, namely the packaging stage, straightening, and x-ray input. Based on observations and distribution of surveys that have been conducted to 24 packaging workers in this company, 83% of workers experience complaints of skeletal muscle disorders with high risk and 17% of workers experience complaints of skeletal muscle disorders with moderate risk. Processing of questionnaire data given to workers refers to SNI 9011: 2021 regarding Measurement and Evaluation of Potential Ergonomic Hazards in the Workplace. One of the factors causing complaints of skeletal muscle disorders in this work is work posture. Measurement of work posture is carried out to representatives of each stage of work on packing work. Secondary data needed in this study are GOTRAK complaint questionnaires, interviews, work posture observation results. Primary data needed in this study are a general description of the company and the number of workers exposed. Calculation and evaluation of work postures will be carried out using the GOTRAK SNI 9011: 2021 questionnaire and GOTRAK risk assessment is carried out using the QEC (Quick Exposure Check) questionnaire Respondents in this study were 24 packing workers. This study aims to evaluate the value of work postures and complaints of skeletal muscle disorders in workers in order to find the right recommendations.
