Penilaian Risiko Mesin Bor DRT-CNC Menggunakan Metode FMEA pada Perusahaan Galangan Kapal_Article Risqina Ayu
Abstract
The DRT-CNC drilling machine is a type of CNC machines used by shioyard companies as one of their production machines. The mechanical process of cutting the workpiece performed by the DRT-CNC drilling machine is done using a rotating spindle cutting tool. The DRT-CNC drilling machine is one of the CNC machines that has a fairly high usage intensity. The high usage intensity can lead to failures in the function of the components of the DRT-CNC machine’s components. Functional failures can effect the performance of the machine system and impact opertional safety. Decreased machine performance can causes losses to the company.This research is conducted as a step to identify hazards and assess risk using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The results of hazard identifiaction and risk assissment will show the Risk Priority Number (RPN) for all component failure mode. The RPN calculation results will be sorted from the highest value of the lowest value, followed by determining the priority scale of critical components using a Pareto Diagram. With the 80/20 rule in the pareto diagram, 2 components with 2 failure modes are obtained which are critical components in the DRT-CNC drilling machine. The critical components of the DRT-CNC drilling machine are servo amplifier x axis with a control system error failure mode and servo amplifier y axis with the card servo y error failure mode
