ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KELELAHAN KERJA PADA PEKERJA PABRIK PENGOLAHAN PANGAN
Abstract
A food processing factory is one of the industries in the food sector that produces soy sauce and syrup. Workers
may experience work-related accidents or a decline in productivity due to work fatigue. This research aims to
analyze external factors (years of service, work posture, physical workload) and internal factors (age, gender,
BMI, sleep quality) that affect work fatigue using ordinal logistic regression tests. The instruments used in this
study include the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire, worker identity questionnaire,
sleep quality questionnaire (PSQI), work posture assessment (SNI 9011-2021), pulse rate measurement, and
BMI measurement. The analysis results using ordinal logistic regression with a total of 70 worker respondents
showed that six independent variables significantly influence work fatigue measured using the IFRC
questionnaire: age with a p-value <0.001, BMI with a p-value of 0.038, sleep quality with a p-value <0.001,
years of service with a p-value <0.001, work posture with a p-value <0.001, and physical workload with a pvalue <0.001. The gender variable did not have an effect with a p-value of 0.931. Work fatigue control can be
implemented through job rotation, regular medical check-ups, health promotion programs, education on the
importance of quality sleep, provision of adequate rest areas, regular physical workload analysis, and the use of
personal protective equipment as needed.
