Analisis Risiko Pengoperasian Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC) Menggunakan Metode HIRADC dan FTA
Abstract
Container loading and unloading service companies certainly have several heavy equipment that are used to help the loading and unloading operations run smoothly, one of the heavy equipment that is used intensively and is directly related to the loading and unloading of containers from ships is the HMC which is the main supporting tool in the loading and unloading activities of containers from ship to container yard or vice versa. This research aims to identify the dangers of HMC operations in container loading and unloading service companies using the HIRADC method. The results of identifying the dangers of container loading and unloading service companies using the HIRADC method in HMC operations show that inspection activities around the HMC operating area have a risk of operators being hit by the headtruck/operational car. which can cause fatality and has a risk value classified as extreme and a residual risk value classified as moderate. This research also aims to determine the basic causes of operators being hit by headtrucks/operational cars using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. Based on the results of analysis of the basic causes of top events operators being hit by headtrucks/operational cars, 9 basic causes were obtained, from the known basic causes. recommendations will be made in accordance with the control hierarchy.
