Abstract

Precast concrete company is one of the leading concrete industries in Indonesia, to realize its vision this company continues to develop its products and improve its productivity performance by always trying to improve its quality and quality starting from services, production processes, to product delivery to customers. Based on work accident data at this pre-cast concrete company, every year there is an increase in work accidents. Work accidents that occur result in minor, severe injuries and even death. The work area that has the highest work accident rate is the forming area at 27% compared to other work areas. The high number of work accidents in the forming area is caused by unsafe action factors such as worker negligence, doing work in a hurry, and lack of awareness from workers of the importance of occupational safety and health. From the high number of work accidents in the forming area caused by unsafe action factors, the researcher wants to know other factors that influence these unsafe actions such as age, knowledge, Occupational Health and Safety Training, and Implementation of 5S). The research method used is ordinal logistic regression. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 45 workers in the forming area of a precast concrete company. The results of the ordinal logistic regression test show that knowledge, Occupational Health and Safety Training, Implementation of 5S are the main factors that influence workers' performance. While the factors of age and e do not affect a person's unsafe actions.
