Analisis Risiko Gondola Temporer pada Pekerjaan Repair Silo dengan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Abstract
This journal discusses the problems that arise in silo repair construction work due to the high intensity of the use of temporary gondolas. The object under study is 12 temporary gondola units operating in the Surabaya silo repair project area. The high intensity of gondola use makes this lifting equipment a very important work support tool, the occurrence of obstacles will cause a risk of loss ranging from costs, time to impact on work safety, therefore it is important to carry out a risk analysis on temporary gondolas. The method used is Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) on the components of the temporary gondola, which then calculates the severity, occurrence, and detection of each component. The result of this analysis is the RPN (Risk Priority Number) value which will be a priority in risk control. The results of the risk analysis of the temporary gondola in the Surabaya silo repair project area found the component with the highest RPN value, namely damage to the diode component due to incorrect installation and use of the gondola that is not in accordance with work instructions with an RPN value of 343. The results of this analysis can be the basis for the importance of action repair of components before developing into a potential work accident
