Abstract

Economic development and trade are important sectors in the world. To fulfill the world's logistics supply and demand, third parties are needed as managers, one of which is a container service company. However, container service operations have a busy schedule and high hazard risk involving humans and heavy equipment, so unsafe actions and unsafe conditions are very likely to occur. The container service company has conducted daily safety patrol activities as an effort to control potential hazards and risks. With the weaknesses of the existing system such as the many stages and time required to recap data and the absence of data analysis, an effective and efficient information system is needed as a solution to these problems. The purpose of this research is to create a responsive web-based safety patrol information system that can provide effectiveness in reporting and recording data and provide the results of safety patrol data analysis. This information system contains checklists and findings designed using MySQL database with PHP as programming language. This system allows all parties such as workers, HSSE officers and managers to find out the results of the application of K3 culture where the data obtained is automatically made into statistical data such as graphs. Based on the results of the USE Questionnaire that has been given to 10 respondents, the analysis of the level of benefits produces an average index value of 90.5%. This means that this system makes it easy for users to carry out work and the program is very useful for companies, especially system users.
