Analisis Human Error pada Operator Head Truck di Perusahaan Jasa Tenaga Kerja dengan Metode HEART

 Perusahaan jasa tenaga kerja merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan jasa tenaga kerja yang akan disalurkan kepada perusahaan yang membutuhkan. Salah satu layanan jasa pada perusahaan jasa tenaga kerja yaitu operator head truck. Berdasarkan data kecelakaan kerja tahun 2019-2022, diketahui bahwa jumlah kecelakaan kerja tertinggi terjadi pada operator head truck. Berdasarkan data kecelakaan, diketahui bahwa penyebab kecelakaan operator head truck terbanyak dari faktor manusia. Hal tersebut yang menjadikan human error sebagai potensi penyebab kecelakaan pengoperasian head truck. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi error dan memberikan solusi dari analisis yang dilakukan, serta metode yang dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi human error. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis human error yaitu metode HEART (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dihasilkan 4 subtask dengan 8 potential error dengan nilai HEP kategori high. Rekomendasi yang diberikan yaitu melakukan Refresh Training operasional dan Refreshment K3, melakukan safety talk, serta melakukan peningkatan safety patrol.

Abstract

 An outsourcing company is a company that provides labor services that will be distributed to companies in need. One of the services at a labor service company is a head truck operator. Based on data on work accidents in 2019-2022, it is known that the highest number of work accidents occurred in head truck operators. Based on accident data, it is known that the cause of most head truck operator accidents is human factors. This makes human error a potential cause of head truck operation accidents. This research aims to reduce errors and provide solutions from the analysis carried out and the methods developed to identify human errors. The method used to analyze human error is the HEART (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique) method. Based on the results of the analysis, there are 4 subtasks with 5 potential errors with HEP values in the high category. The recommendations given are to refresh operational training and K3 refreshment, conduct safety talks, and increase safety patrols.
