Abstract

North perimeter pipeline and secondary apron terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta airport project is a project of construction of PT. Pertamina (Persero) aviation pipeline undertaken PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, as contractor. Project scope comprises installation of 20†underground pipe from DPPU- terminal 3 along 17.25m and installation of underground pipes in aircraft parking area consisting of 20†and 8†pipes. The purpose of this project to meet needs of refueling aircraft at terminal 3 airport Soekarno-Hatta. Appropriate protection for corrosion rate prevention is necessary to support performance of pipeline. Company considers replacing all SACP protections into ICCP to avoid undesirable risks that will affect pipeline of the company. Final project is designed to provide results related to leakage cathodic protection currents, including addition of surface area to be protected, comparison of ICCP systems before and after occurrence of leakage current, and how impact on potential of existing pipes. The result this research show that the problem of leakage current, in surface area of pipe, valve chamber, casing pipe, rebar valve chamber to be protected by ICCP to 37.549,358 m², current needed to protect 938,734 ampere, requires anode as 169 pieces anode, and required output voltage of transformer rectifier 19130,695 volts
