Abstract

Abstract - In the process of determining pipeline there is the existence of underwater pipes and submarine cables that have been installed. In order for a new pipeline that will be fixed at the path specified then made a safe crossing pipeline with vertical distance of 0.3 meters (DNV OS F101, 2000). The voltage value obtained from the pipe can be modeled using CAESAR II software. For stress analysis support varied by using 3 and 4 support, with 3 different conditions that is the condition of the installation, hydrotest conditions, and operating conditions. The results of the analysis can be obtained how the minimum vertical secure distance after the settlement. From this study it was found that the stress value in the pipe before and after the (settlement) is still within the safe limit based on (ASME B31.4, 2016). The land subsidence that occurred in concrete type 1 mattress support was 696,532 mm and concrete type 2 mattress support was 574,823 mm. For clearance values on concrete type 1 mattress of 303,468 mm and type 2 concrete mattress of 25,177 mm. From the results of the clearance calculation analysis, the 0.3 m vertical safe distance at the main support is still safe.
