Construction project delays are one of the biggest challenges in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry, especially in piping installation projects in remote locations. This study examines the application of the Dual Shift method as a time acceleration strategy in a diesel and hydrant piping system construction project on a 2x2500 KL capacity fuel tank project in Central Kalimantan, which experienced work delays. The Dual Shift method is carried out by increasing working hours by dividing two work shifts in a day (day and night) without adding new materials and equipment. The analysis was carried out using the PERT approach to determine the critical path and initial productivity calculations for the project, then recalculated with the Dual Shift scenario by considering a decrease in nighttime productivity of 11-17%. The results of the study show that the application of the Dual Shift significantly accelerated the project duration by 65 days with a probability of success of 43%. in the dual shift acceleration method, the work value was added with a total of Rp 2,063,446,848 with a total duration of 83 days.
