Perencanaan Sistem Plumbing Air Bersih Pada Gedung Perkantoran Di Kabupaten Barito Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah

A reliable clean water plumbing system is critical for office buildings to support daily operations and comply with standards like SNI 8153:2015 and SNI 03-7065-2005, particularly in developing regions like Barito Selatan Regency, Central Kalimantan. This study aims to design such a system using AutoCAD Plant 3D for 3D modeling and Pipe Flow Expert for pipe flow simulation, based on the Plumbing Fixture Unit (UBAP) method. The system requires a peak flow rate of 165 L/min (9.9 m³/hour) and a Ground Water Tank capacity of 79.2 m³, with main pipes of 2 inches, branch pipes ranging from 3/4 to 1/2 inches, and wastewater pipes of 4 and 2 inches. The total pump head is 14.224 m (manual calculation), with a 3.74% deviation from the software result of 14.777 m. The selected Wasser PB-218EA pump operates at 315.7 watts with a flow velocity of 1.802 m/s, and the estimated cost for materials and equipment is Rp22,432,234.00.
