This study focuses on the design of a clean water piping system for office buildings and employee housing for a contracting company in Malang, East Java. The two-story building will be occupied by approximately 24 employees, so a stable and efficient supply of clean water is essential. This study employs a rooftop tank distribution method, supplied from a Groundwater Tank (GWT) using a centrifugal pump in accordance with SNI 8153:2015 standards. The calculation of clean water requirements for average daily usage is 54.72 m³/day, resulting in a GWT volume of 18.24 m³/day and a roof tank volume of 3,990 liters. The calculation results for the pump head value are 19.556 m and the pump power is 244 kW. The simulation results using flow analysis software were verified with manual calculations, showing an error percentage of 0.06%. The selected pump specification deemed capable of meeting the requirements is the Shimizu PS-221 BIT.
