This final project discusses the design of a fire suppression system in the power block area using a hydrant and sprinkler system. The research aims to design an effective and safe piping system, as well as calculate water requirements, pump power, and estimate material costs. Referring to NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards, the designed system is expected to prevent fire incidents that could result in significant losses for the company. The identified issues include the design of the piping route and the placement of hydrants and sprinklers. The research procedure encompasses problem identification, literature review, and data processing. The results indicate a system design that includes 6 hydrant pillars and 27 sprinkler nozzles, with a total water requirement for the fire suppression system of 414 m³ and a water tank capacity of 1,094.313 m³. The total head of the system is calculated using manual methods and Pipe Flow Expert software, resulting in head values of 137.2673 m and 136.841 m, respectively. The required pump power for this system is 192.94 kW, and the estimated cost for materials and equipment reaches Rp 664,503,967.00
