Analisis Waktu dan Biaya Pada Proyek Sistem Perpipaan Area L23 Industri Viscouse Purwakarta Dengan Metode Fast Track
Abstract
In the implementation of construction projects, there are often deviations between the planned schedule and the realization in the field, causing delays. The Area l23 Quality Improvement Project Piping System construction project is planned to be completed in 133 days but in actuality the project is completed in 169 days. this is due to delays in Support Installation activities. Therefore, the delay in this project analyzed with Fast Track method so that the resulting time and cost are optimal. The analysis is carried out only on the work that is on the critical path using the CPM (Critical Path Method). the actual cost of the project with penalties is Rp.3,387,124,792 for 169 days, After this project is analyzed by Fast Track method, the optimal duration is obtained for 132 days with a total cost of Rp.3,144,347,950 Thus, the Fast Track method can be used as an alternative to optimize the time and cost of this project.
