The fuel logistic company built a storage tank containing diesel fuel with a capacity of 1x5000 Kl. Construction will be carried out from November 2023 to September 2024. If the development is said to be succes, it requires a feasibility analysis to determine whether the development is feasible or not. Technical and cost focused feasibility. Technical feasibility of reviewing tank and pipe calculations with images of the Term Of Reference (TOR) and tank code/standard API 650 12th Edition 2013 and ASME B31.3 2012 pipe standards. Cost feasibility of analyz project benefits using the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Net Present Value (NPV) methods, by reviewing the price of draft cost budget materials with standard market prices. The results of the technical feasibility of reviewing the tanks and pipes calculation with images Term Of Reference (TOR) and code/standard declared WORTHY with fasibility 75%. The results of the feasibility of calculating costs using the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) are 4,02 > 1, Net Present Value (NPV) is IDR. 466.051.111.788 > 0 and 43,81% feasibility reviewed price, so it has been declared WOTHY. Recommendations technical feasibility and costs review technical specifications and review cost budget determined by contractor and market.
