Abstract

One of the petrochemical companies in Cilegon want build of a utility service system includes potable water, industrial water, and demineralized water. The design of the utility service will start from the pump shelter. The pipe routing is adjusted to the plot plan that has been studied. Based on calculations, Potable Water Line has a total system head based on manual calculations is 30.9284 m while the total system head based on calculations using software is 29.282 m with  difference value 5.3234% and the pump used is Ebara model IFW 50 x 40 1323, head total of Industrial Water Line system based on manual calculations is 60.0554 m while based on calculations using software is 56.762 m with difference 5.5439% and the pump used is Kawamoto model GEK5067.5, and the total head of Demineralized Water Line system is 96.4111 m while based on calculations using software it is 94.369 m with difference is 2.1171% and the pump used is Shinko model GJ 40-25. The allowable pipe span calculation results is get an ideal allowable pipe span with 3.6526 m. Estimated total cost of materials based of calculation and details of materials is Rp. 214.891.262.
