Abstract

Abstract –Shipbuilding Institute of Polytechnic Surabaya (PPNS) is a vocational-based higher education institution that focuses on the field of shipbuilding and its supporting technologies. PPNS has integrated laboratories with adequate standards to facilitate optimal material application. The design of the Plumbing system adheres to various standards, including the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and international codes. The design of clean and wastewater piping systems is created using AutoCAD 3D Plant software and PVC pipes according to the standard. Analysis reveals the clean water requirements and tank capacity. The estimated cost of materials and equipment is Rp 4,817,780. This research is expected to enhance the learning experience in the D4 Piping Engineering program at PPNS and provide practical insights for students in an efficient and standardized plumbing system.
