Abstract

Abstract – The Plumbing system design follows various standards, including the National Plumbing Standard
and Code, International Plumbing Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Domestic Water Heating Manual Design,
and Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The design of clean water and wastewater piping is created using
AutoCAD 3D Plant software, with PVC pipes and diameters complying with SNI standards for sprinklers and
SNI 8153:2015. The analysis indicates a daily water demand of 34.32 m^3 and a roof tank capacity of 350
liters for the clean water system. The head pump value is calculated manually, requiring a centrifugal pump
with an output of 125 kW and input of 0.3 kW.
