Abstract - PPNS plans to build an integrated Plumbing Laboratory to improve the learning of D4 Piping Engineering Students. The design of the Plumbing Laboratory is likened to an apartment building with 3 floors. Pipes used for sprinkler systems are ASTM A53 SCH-10, and for heating systems using Random Polypropylene (PPR) PN20. The standard used for sprinkler systems is the National fire protection association (NFPA) 13. The results of the analysis and calculations obtained the Pump Head value from manual calculations greater than the pump head from the software connection (Pipe Flow Expert). Power of pumpĀ  for the sprinkler system is 0.675 kW. The power needed by the heater is 0.042 Kwh and the power needed by the radiator to move heat is 0.769 kW.
